Under the Skin (2000) became a film directed by Jonathan Glazer with Scarlett Johansson, and The Crimson Petal and the White followed in 2002. D: A Tale of Two Worlds, a young adult novel, appeared in 2020, and Listen: On Music, Sound and Us, a nonfiction book about music, in October 2023.
