Heinz under the pen name Richard Hooker. That book produced a film and a television series. Hornberger wrote the sequel M*A*S*H Goes to Maine (1972), and the run then sent its surgeons to New Orleans, Paris, London, Morocco, Las Vegas, Hollywood, Vienna and San Francisco. 15 books end with M*A*S*H Mania (1977).
