Young Samurai is a historical adventure series by Chris Bradford, set in feudal Japan. Jack Fletcher, an English boy shipwrecked off the Japanese coast, is taken in and trained as a samurai apprentice, learning martial arts alongside lessons in discipline and honour. Ten titles appeared in a tight run from The Way of the Warrior (2008) to The Return of the Warrior (2012), divided between the Way of and Ring of sequences.
