Edwina Currie, born Edwina Cohen on 13 October 1946, is a British writer, broadcaster and former Conservative MP for South Derbyshire, a seat held from 1983 to 1997. Currie served two years as a Junior Health Minister and resigned in 1988 over the salmonella-in-eggs controversy. Currie has written six novels and four works of non-fiction, and Elaine Stalker is the listed series.
